i checked my status online and it says ( we received you N-400 application on feb 16 20120 ...

Infact my lawyer told me that he sent it on feb 02 2010 ,and they received it on feb 03 2010

why is that ? do you think that my lawyer palying agme with me !

I don't know why neither. If you look at my timeline, I mailed my N-400 on 1/29 and on USCIS website shows it was received on 2/8.

Obviously, it doesn't go by date when your N-400 was delivered. However, check your priority date when you receive your finger print notice. The priority date may be the date when your N-400 was received on 2/3.
