I would like to know,If a Labor department cancels company license due to company labor issues,
Will labor department inform employees about this license cancel?
How much time will an employee get to apply for H1 transfer?
Has anyone faced this situation,Please help,

I do not know what you mean by 'company license', but you can read about case histories of people effected by one of the company that was investigated by DOL. Here is the link:
