I have an approved H1 petition from 2001.
I got the H1B visa stamped in India but never travelled to the US on that visa / petition.
-----------may be the US employer revoked the H1 petition by writing to USCIS.
Can I use the H1 petition from 2001 for employment ?
------------- you have only visa stamp and you dont know if employer revoked the H1 petition. I will forget that H1.
I am in US on a L1 now. Can I get a transfer to H1 using that petition ?
------------why that H1 petition? you can change from L1 to H1 and new employer can file H1 for you (COS) talk to new employer lawyer.
