Unsigned appointment letter from Mumbai Consulate

I received appointement letter for the Interview Date in May alongwith Packet 4. The appointment letter is not signed by any one. It says
at the end

Has any one received similar letter from Mumbai Consulate? The letter also does not speak about the documents required.

Should not there be a checklist of documents required for interview

In the appointment letter there is no mention and also there is no checklist of docs required. Did you also have similiar letter received from the Consulate?
