Unrelated F1 visa question but urgent

My cousin has got her F1 visa today and going to join a university in Tennessee. She plans to come here (i.e. fly to Newark,NJ from India) end of July and spend a month with us in NJ before session starts on Aug 23. Is there any issue with port of entry,etc. Also do you think coming way before session starts would create any issue at newark/india immigration?

I dont think so .. last year my brother had to join college in Baton Rouge. His classes started on August 19, 2003 and he landed here on July 23. There was no issue at immigration. He came via Chicago. I dont think port of entry should make a difference. Chill out.
