Dear Folks,
My current employer is not paying me salary as promised and written in contract. I want to sue him in the Vicinity of Virginia Court. Please give me some information about filing a case against him.
Basically, I dont have much money to hire an attorney so looking for file myself only so I am looking for an attorney who can file my case on the percentage basis.
