My US Citizen Mom applied for my single brother back in 2002. Does he have to stay unmarried to keep in the same catagory or he can get married and change his catagory to F3.

can anyone help

His spouse and children will get GCs when he gets his.

check CSPA (Child Status Protection Act) guidelines for aging out children if that is your concern, I believes it locks child's age at time of petition filing
