Help! my father is a US perm resident and filed the I-130 and I-485 for me back in April. I was unmarried and over 21. I am now married and I believe only US Citizens can file for MARRIED OVER 21 ... what will happen to my application? If its all ok, can i just add my wife and she'll receive a Green Card as well??

Since you are married now, your father's I-130 is null and void.
