What to fill:
1) WAC no, A No#
2) Write your own address in RESPOND TO:
3) Put a FAX number as well. It is required as you will note it from the form
4) EXPLANATION:
   I put:
   Not recd FP Notice. I am concerned that it is lost in MAIL as cases
   with LATER WAC No\'s got their FP\'s already.

Fax with my own format:
I just wrote a mail to the DUTY OFFICER, giving all the above particulars and stating that even after 180 days of applying I did not get my FP NOTICE.

After long time & trial I managed to get to talk to IIO, which proved to be useless. The lady I spoke to was very uncooperative. I think she is from India, from her accent. She said my case is not an old case, it is still pending. When asked about FP notices, she mentioned the same. I said other people around my ND has got FP, she said it is case-by-case basis.
        Now I really don\'t know whether my case has any problem(as far as I know it should be straight forward). How to find this out?? Dont you call this as UNLUCKY.....
 
I had similar experience talking to IIO

WAC-01-165-5XXXX RD 04/03 ND/04/24.
Did you send fax inquiry to INS ?

I talked to an IIO and he asked me to fax to 9493893486, attn:duty officer , Division I. I sent it today. Will update if anything happens.
