University degree

Out of curiosity, on the DV submission; what do they mean by University Degree? Is it a Bachelors Degree or an Associate Degree is also considered as a University Degree? Would anyone know? Please advise!

Both Associate & Bachelor degrees can be granted by a university and the difference is on the duration of the studies (2 , 3, 4 or more years) and of course , the level of knowledges acquiered on a study or another.
Also both requiere previsious HS degree and are an important step to pursue for a higher degree like a Master or a PhD
Both degrees are considerated University Degrees from what I know
