Greatguru/Unitednations/anyone please help.
I joined the company B who got my H1B 7th year (and H4 for my wife) based on sub-labor pending I-140 (Since my 6th year ends). Once I got the H1B approval I moved to this new company B now.
Now my old company A has filed for my H1b and H4 7th year extension (using my original pending 365 days labor with them) in the same USCIS service center. Will this H1B 7th year extension from my old company A clash with what is filed by my new company B and will it affect my current working H1B status with company B if approved?
Will a 7th year H1 approval from company A mean I cannot work for new company B eventhough I got the 7th year approval from new company B? Please help.

If you moved to Comp B, why comp A is extending your visa? Do they have lot of money to waste.
Both the extnesion are approvable on their own merit, if subs got denied you must work for only A.

after the approval

Greatguru, thanks for your reply. Incase the H1B from company A gets approved, I can still work for company B without any issues right? since they are independent of eachother?

Did company B had a labor approved or pending? If its approved, then you could sub it for you. The reason I'm asking is someone told me that you could get an extension from a pending labor certification thats been > 365 days eventhough its not approved yet. I'm tyring to see if that flies.

Thx
Arun
