Hi,
I got my CPR from canadian consulate. Right now, I am in AOS and living in MI state and my I-94 expired in may 2005. I have AP valid upto feb 2006. I have to do landing process before dec 2005. Can I drive to canada with my AP and expired I-94 for landing. Please advise..

Thanks for your quick reply. While driving to canda do need to I give my expired I-94?
Will I get new 1-94 at POE? will it cover under Auto-revalidation rule? I am from India,Is it okey to go and come back with valid AP?(I read in this forum that AP should be used only for visiting my own country..Is it true?..)
