I applied my 140/485 from csc back in 2003, my i-140 got denied due to employer's ability to pay on Nov'04
mean while i applied another 140 & 485 in Oct'04 thru a different company.
Now AP/EAD/140& 485 all are pending, got FP done a week back.
Now for both my old and new 485 case status shows like this: We got your finger prints on xx,March'04 and it is pending review and we will let you know once we make a decision.
What is happening, is it good /bad to have both 485.
which 485 application they are going to consider?( both are in different job skill sets but same job tilte.)
Is it happened earlier with other cases?
Please share your thoughts.
