Then goes filing of I-864 action on approved application to correctly identify the beginning of my J1 status ( retroactively covering the period since theend of the previous status- B1)filed in April 2005, was granted in November 2005,
IC second individual hearing scheduled on Feb, 2006 was moved to 2007 bz of unexpected death in government counsellor family. Filed motion to expedite.
Granted- new dat Aug 4,2006,
Hearing
finally judge happened to read slowly reply from CIS to motion to reconsider and ammended corrected new/old 1-94 (covering alledged out of state period) - 1.5 hours in the waiting room, negotiations with counsellors - anothe 1 hour ( me and my wife still in the waiting room)
Decision fixed: official hgearing for the record with the decision rendering - 15 minuts. "Welcome to the US" greating.
