desi at wrong place at wrong time

here is my problem

while driving home i missed my trun and entered strret corner where the cop was present I casually pulled my vechile and made a u trun and got off , the cop fillowed me and and searched for drugs and found a condom in my pocket and questoning me if i was here for hookers:o ,.. later ran my history and let me go .


this is killing me
1)how do i check wht the police recorded:? can i get this from police station
2)how would this affect my gc ? am applying for i-140 and 485

pros please help me out
 
I think if they had anything on you, they would hgave given you something in writing. If they didn't take your fingerprints, you don't have a record.

If they didn't read you your rights, they did nothing except check up on you. Don't worry!
