Unique situation - Please clarify

Hi:

I just now registered to this Forum. But I used to go thru this form to get info. This forum really motivated me to be really patient thru my I-485 process.

I live in PA. I am right now in a unique situation. Your clarifiacation to me will be highly appreciated.

Here are my crisp details:

I-485 filed for myself, wife and son : August 26, 2002
1st FP : Dec 26, 2002
RFE : Jun 17, 2004
Replied :Jun 29, 2004
2nd FP : Sep 8, 2004 (early FP, scheduled for Oct 2004)

Most recent LUD for all of us (Feb 4, 2004, Feb 7,2004).
Got approval e-mail (as card ordered) only for my son on Feb 8, 2004 (his LUD is Feb 8 2004).

As a primary applicant I did not get my approval e-mail nor my wife.

I do not really understand if I got approved and I will get the letter directly without any e-mail notification.

If any one of you had similar situation.

Please clarify.

You can either wait for 14 days to see if you get ur approval through snail mail or call the VSC directly through the tolle free number and see whats up with the case. Its very much time that you get approved. VSC might be surprised of their incompetence if you call them. :)
 
Thanks for the quick response!

I called National Customer Service Centre and then they redirected my call to an IIO (I think he is not from VSC). She told that I will get a letter within a week or 2 but she did not say it's an approval letter.

Any other thoughts please!

I think I saw exactly the same signature for some userid - princeofjungle or something like that

Yes. Its very possible, but also uncommon.

Its possible that you case is approved and the online status has simply not been updated. Its also possible that your son's is approved and yours is not yet approved.
