himy h1 got expired in April 04 but I stayed over as my revalidation was under process.
now situation here is my revalidation papers were send my INS on June 21st but I never got it.I consider it lost in mail by USPS,the problem is I dont have any govt photo Id issued as when I reach with my H1 my visa was not valid for 6 months(NY area)
I want to transfer my visa , Is it possible for my new employer to go ahead with case status report shown online?
Can someone guide me here ?
