Two of my friends who had applied around the same time as me had teh following msg change along with lud change last week. Their dates became current abt two months back. One of them is the primary applicant and the other is a derivative and they have stayed with the same company and address all this while ... in other words it should be a straight fwd case. 140 is approved.
"On June X,2006 this case was reopened on a USCIS motion, and the case is now in process. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete ...... "
Any idea what this means? Anyone with the same experience? Instead of an approval one gets this kind of update.
