Unemployment Bnft. Impact on Green Card

Hello
Me and My wife hold H1B visas. After filing I-485 ( I am the primary applicant) for both of us, My wife lost her job. As we had filed for I-485 before she was laid off, She is in status ( per lawyer ). She has received the EAD now. She is of applying for unemployment bnft. Will it have any impact on I-485 approval.

Please share experiences, laws etc.

I think, if you receive unemployment benefits, you will become a public charge and threre by affect

As far as I know, the primary applicant should not apply for those benefits but the spouse can. I know couple of my friends claiming for those benefits while 485 is pending.
