Unemployment benefits...

Hey guys!? I have a question for you. I just lost my job :( and i want to know if claiming unemployment benefits will hurt in any way my application to citizenship. I have a green card since december 2007 ( backdated december 2006), so my application still gonna be in 3 years or so... but i am worried about that.
I know alot of you guys has alot of experience and your answers will be greatly appreciated, thank you.
 
I tried for help with department of human service or DHS but they say they can't cos i was already given 8 month federal benefit limit on asylee/refugees.

ur's is a different cos you just want unemploymed benefit. i tried food stamps and medical but in vain. so if anyone say asylee gets five year of federal benefit is again a pure wish, imagination and untrue. read the guidelines on DHS home pages, they say 8 months only not five year. but you can try as regular beneciary but if you go as asylee/ you will be told, 8 month is the time limit.
