Hello All,
My wife is filed as a dependent on my GC. She was earlier working on H1 but currently both of us are on EADs.
My wife recently lost her job. I wanted to know if she can claim unemployment? If yes, will it affect our GC applications in any way? Is it a good idea to claim unemployment on EAD?
FYI: It has been 17 months since we filed our I-485s.
