Hi:

As a GC holder, will I be eligible for unemployment benefits if the situation arises? Also, as a GC holder am I eligible to file for bankruptcy? I am not in these situations but I am just curious about our rights.

Yes.

You have the same rights as any US citizen, except for the right to vote, hold public office, be commissioned in the military and any other positions where US citizenship is required.

You do not even need a GC to file for bankruptcy.
