Under what Circumstances a GC can be revoked.?

Attorney Murthy : This issue is no longer 100% clear. The safest approach is to stay on for about 1 year after getting the GC, though AC21 may have changed that requirement if one is able to show the new employer satisfied AC21 criteria. The problem is that there may be some risk, but it is not 100% clear yet.
 
Murthy's statement makes it clear...at this point, even "experts" can only speculate about revoking GC once it is issued (employment based). So everyone rest in peace!!
