UNcharactegorized military discharge and Citizenship

I got discharge from the Military for medical non physical disability. I got sick during training and I was deemed depressed/failing to adapt to the military. They gave me the following discharge "Honorable discharge- RE:CODE 3P JFV1 Characterization. I was denied citizenship through the Military and was given a chance to appeal. They said my discharge was uncharactegorized. So my guess is that since I did not complete 180 days in that's why I wasn't granted the Citizenship? I mean why would I if it would have been something earned before graduating, which I did not do.

I am applying as a civilian. I am curious if anyone had the same thing happen? Would I be denied citizenship for not completing training and having "depression"?
