I have to wonder who are the people and companies that obtained the H-1b visas for FY 2007? Who applied for a visa on April 1 and found a company willing to wait for him/her until October 1?
I am really beginning to wonder that a lot of these application are bogus, a visa number is snagged and then transferred leter to other people within the same company.
Unless the US increases the cap (or removes it altogether) each year visas will be gone by April 5!
