I recreated my file including new medical exam and sent it to my attorney. He is sending everything to TSC on Monday.

My case is pending since Oct,2000.

last fingerprint in Jan,2003
Senator follow up: Aug,2003
Congressman's follow up Aug,2003
No Responses from BCIS

I'll keep you guys posted if I hear anything from BCIS or Senator's office. My frustration is on this total indifference from TSC.
 
UPDATE:
My file was received by TSC on Nov 28th. Followed up with the Congressmans and Senator's office for an update request to TSC. File was sent by my attorney.
