ALL you guys should be approved soon. I' ve heard priority dates are crucial now (at least lately it seems TSC is focusing on them) and you are all 01 and early 02 PD so I'm keeping fingers crossed for you all, you deserve it already!

I too am a fellow sufferer. Please see my details in the signature. I recently applied and got approved my 2nd EAD and AP

We are all suffering

rsns1,

I see that you are a fellow March 04 filer. I can't believe that you have been waiting for over 6 months after replying to the RFE. It has been two months since my lawyer replied to the RFE on my wifes 485 application. I have begun to prepare myself for the eventuality that my case probably won't get approved till the end of this year if I am lucky. The sad part is that we can't do anything but wait around and hope that they come around to it. Its a truly sad situation for all of us.

regards,

saras

Where did you hear 'priority dates are crucial now'? I hope it's true since my PD is in 2001.

saras76 - I emphathize with you for all the suffering you are going through as well. Some days I resign this waiting to fate and some days I mask it with rage. I feel happy for all those that are getting approved and question what was so bad about our 485 applications.

Way back in Jan '05 I was happy to know that RFE cases were being approved as early as 1 week from getting a response. I have been waiting nearly 6 months now with clue on what's holding up my application. I sent email to FBI name check and asked my lawyer to do so as well. I am not sure if my name check is complete.

Right now I am trying to focus on the many more positives going on in my life.

Cheers,
rsns1
