Unaccompanied minor children traveling – paid airline escorts

My 2 minor children already received their visas (IR2 category) and are scheduled to fly on the 15th of this month: 13yrs-old and 6yrs old. Originally, we planned to have them escorted by my mother but my mom’s visa application (tourist) was denied. We have no choice but to have my kids travel by themselves since I can’t pick them up. Are there any additional documents they need to travel unaccompanied? We paid for airline escorts us required by northwest airlines. But I’m afraid that the immigration on the port of entry may deny them entry if they don’t have enough documents for traveling alone.

Another thing… we just moved two weeks ago. Should I call the 1-800 to have our address change or the online-address change form is enough?

When will they receive their greencards?

Thanks all!

as long as they have visas and passports, they will be fine. You may want to send them copies of your passports and a cover letter explaining the situation.

Now, they may need a notarized letter stating that the parents (you) do not object to your kids leaving their own country. Do call your country's embassy and ask.
