Unable to View my Case Status( Giving Wired Message)

Hi all, could someone help in understanding this message in the Website.
When I login USCIS website to look @ my case status I am getting an error message stating that "
It was reported to us that your IP address or internet gateway has been locked out for a select period of time. This is due to an unusually high rate of use. In order to avoid this issue please take this opportunity to create a Customer account (single applicant) or a Representative account (representing many individuals, such as lawyers, charitable groups, or corporations). Each account allows you to generate a Portfolio of receipt numbers. Building a portfolio containing your receipt number(s) eliminates your need to manually enter the receipt number and extract each case status. You will automatically be emailed changes to each case as updates occur. This email notification will occur within 12 to 24 hours of any progress made for every receipt number contained in your portfolio. There is no lockout feature associated with your portfolio and there is no wasted time on your part checking a receipt number where no advancement has been made."


Note: I am able to login but if I press the case number the message is coming up. Please help!!
 
Do u have some automated refresh fo rthis page?
Anything unusual/normail you do to check tteh status?
 
Try different computer

Try different computer/laptop, you will be able to see your case status. This happens when you check your status many times within a short period of time from a computer (They record the IP address of the computer when you check the case status). You may be able to use your locked computer after some days. The best thing is to create your portfolio and add your case to the portfolio. If you want you can login everyday to see change in LUD if any. Click the link to case status only if you see change in LUD. Also you will get an email once your case status changes.

This message pops up if you (or somebody with the same IP*) checked case statuses more than 200 times in 48 hours. You have to wait 48 hours and check again.

*some companies use one external IP address for all computers they have.
