Situation: Entered on H-4, changed to H-1 status. The I-129 supplement mentions the applicant has prior experience. However, the applicant is going to india to come back on a H-1B Visa, but has no way of getting the experience letter for that mentioned in the I-129 petition. The job description does mention prior experience with BS required (which the applicant has documentation). Does this, not having the prior exp. letter, pose a risk when getting the H-1B stamping in India?
