Do not create new id\'s that will block resourses.. mail to sysops and they will reactivate your settings.
 
Email Id

Please check your email that you designated while registering; they have sent out an email asking you to revalidate your settings.
If this is done, you will have no problems and you need not CREATE NEW IDs.
