Here's my case:
EB3-Ind-Sub. LC- PD Jun 02
I140/485/EAD/AP: RD Dec 13 04
I140 AD Jan 05
FP done Apr 05
Laidoff Jun 05

I've an offer from another company doing similar job; so planning on
using AC21. But, the salary differential is 60% more than mentioned in LC.
I know this question has been addressed many times on this forum.
Still, have there been any rejections due to this reason?
Is there anything else that I should be aware of?

You can use AC-21 no problem if the jobs are the same or similar.
Getting more then the salary listed in the labor is fine. It's when it's under that you run into problems.

Also, my 6yrs of H1 runs out in Nov 2005.
Can my new employer file for a 7th yr. extension alongwith a H1 transfer & does my case qualify for it? (of course, that situation arises only if the new comp. agrees to do a H1 transfer)
