UN/Ginnu, Is there a proble if I leave company immidiately after 485 approval.

UN/Ginnu,

I need some insight in my GC case..

-My 140 Approved.
-485 1pending for more than 180 days.(soon..)
-If everything is fine I may get 485 approval also soon..

Only issue is job stability..company is heading for layoff in few months..I am not planning to wait to see layoff as I am looking around for another job..Your answers to following question will help in deciding whether to pursue new opportunity or not?

-What issues employer might create for my (to be)apprved 485?
-Will this create any issue when I apply for citizenship?
-Is there anything called "AC21 after 485 approval" ?

***** employer may send letter to revoke approved I-140 but if you get job with same/similar duties and permanent job offer and update USCIS and invoke AC21 you are safe
-Will this create any issue when I apply for citizenship?
********this has nothing to do with citizenship? first get GC approved then think about Citizenship and go to USCIS site and read about Citizenship eligiblity
-Is there anything called "AC21 after 485 approval" ?
***** AC21 can be invoked before I-485 approval
