you can apply online or by phone. It take only a couple of days for them to verify your info. The very first week after you apply they won't pay you. Do it ASAP. They will try whatever they can to avoid paying you after you get your UI. Make sure follow all of the rule to ensure you can get it. You need to apply every week!
