UK-USA Asylum

I know this may sound strange trying to seek asylum from the UK; however, a few years ago one of my relatives was severely attacked by an immigrant of an EU country (within minutes of death) it made national news and was visited by celebrities. Whilst around I have been pinned up and punched by other EU immigrants. Basically I don't want this and with no cap on the amount of EU citizens coming to the UK, it is turning really scary. I know it's much harder for these people to move to the USA so would my case get rejected? Thank you.

Hmm, well this has to be a case of you being persecuted because of your race or religion (I assume, in your case), which will be hard to prove without a lot of evidence, and a trend of such attacks in the UK against people like you. Also, the US is going to try extremely hard to reject a case from their buddy, the UK. The only chance you have, IMO, is if you appeal eventually, and a judge grants you asylum (like for those Germans).
