Ugent! Walk-in interim EAD

Interim EAD policies are different from Office to office. Is it possible to pick up a friendly office (some office issue interim EAD if your EAD expires, doesn't matter whether your renewal has been pending for more than 90 days) to get your interim EAD? Even the office might be in another state?
