u.s passport expires have pio card on india visit

my kid's u.s passport expires in 15 days. and has a PIO card. I am currently in india with a u.s passport. how do i go about renewing her u.s passport here in india.. how long does it take and whats the fees...
any help would be greatly appreciated

Contact the nearest US consulate. They will issue her a fresh passport.
