From DV 2012 instructions:
"11. WHAT FAMILY MEMBERS MUST I INCLUDE ON MY E-DV ENTRY?
Children who are already U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents will not require or be issued a DV visa. However, you should include them on your registration."
But when you use the online registration form they ask for: Number of children (except U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents).
So, one should include in the application U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents kids or no?
