Typo in the name on I797A approval !! Urgent !

I am all set to go to toronto next week to get the Visa stamping for my L1 to H1. When we were going through the last checklist, my wife found that there is one letter typo in her last name on her I797A approval notice. I am checking with my lawyer on what do to.

Any feedback is appreciated. Should I go ahead or cancel and get a different interview slot?

I would like to get the typo corrected, if it is BCIS mistake then they will correct in few days if it is mistake of lawyer (he might have typed wrong spelling then check what he filed) let him write a letter to BCIS
