Is US Reentry Permit considered "alien’s travel document"? Has anyone had experience for applying for a Russian visa? I am going to apply for a Russian visa, do I complete the visa application form for "US Citizen" or "None US Citizen"? At first glance, my question might seem stupid since I am not a US citizen, but the form has the "alien’s travel document" option for type of passport question. That's confuse me. Thank you.

If you are greencard holder, you are considered an alien resident, you should fill the none US citizen section. If you fill the other section they demand the you carry US passport which you don't.

I did not reliaze the visa fee costs more for US Citizen; Someone is payign for my visa fee so it is not a factor for me. Thank you for letting me know though.
