Ahh.. another accomplice :p Was that information supposed to be classified? :D I forgot Suzy outsources the printing of marriage certificates to Mexico :D

Don't listen to Cherr she's a double agent and a trouble maker ;)
A few weeks ago she placed an order of printing Mexican flags, for the rally in L.A. of her friends, half of million future proud "Americans", and lately she's in charge with the "One million Amexican march" over Rio Grande :p :D :D

Also she wants to print paper $ bills with the portrait of Vicente Fox in denomination of 1 penny (the real face value ;) ) and on the back of the bill "In God we trust" will be printed in spanglish
:D

But I'd like to know what you had for drink tonight...I've heard that 50 miles around your house all the liquor stores are out of stock...because of you :D :D :D

When will you learn to take credit for your action?? ;) Now dont drag Cherr into this.

Yeah sure, you forgot that you and Cherr are partners in this venture, she's in charge with cheering at the Rio Grande Gate and you are the cheerleader of Tijuana team :D :D

I see you guys missunderstood me completely, but I don't blame you. I doubt you've ever been in such a situation, and I hope none of you ever will.
I know there are many people in usa who barely can speak any english, but I can't live in the same way in russia or anywhere else! I am trying to learn russian, and that is my backup plan if everything else fails!
if I just wanted to get GC through fictive marriage I wouldn't even ask you here for advice! I am looking for any legal solution for my problem and I meant to say it is sad that fictive marriage seems to be the only way for persons who have noone to support them!
and please don't judge what you don't understand.

so far, only option we have found is a marriage for usa citizens. it is pretty obvious that is very complicated situation, and we would like to live together, not with some formal partners.

Sorry but I think it's hard to think otherwise going by the above quote.

Try to get a summer internship or a co-op then it will be easier to get a job, look into some grad schools, maybe you can get a TA position.

I know someone who was living in the states and was expiring too. Not sure how she did it, but maybe went to the canadian embassy and asked for asylum. She was from Palestine. I am not in contact with her anymore, but you may need to get married too so you stay together. She also was able to get housing help over in canada and help with finding a job. do a search on the canadian embassy...i will too and see what i can come up with.
good luck

As a person who had to go through the nervousness and scrutinity because I had to defend and demostrate that I really love my husband and not because I was "dying" to come over here, just make me feel angry with people like you. There is not enough "excuses" to do things that in your own country people will be in jail faster than here.

You just get in your mind that you "want be here, want be here", there is something call LIFE and you don't get it. To born where everyone of us born is true is not our choice, it can be part of luck too if we do not like the country where we born, but if you look in other way we wouldn't be the people we are if our parents weren't from they were and we born where we born. You can have the right to "decide" where you want to live but you cannot demand and break the law because you want something. Many people would like to have the house of Bill Gates or the millions of Bill Gates but not because of that they should break into his house and demand that he should give to the others what he has.

You have a healthy choice and many other choices like go to Canada, as many others has been tell you and many others has been tell you that you can look for employers, but you even don't try, you look for the easy way out: breaking the law. Just an advice, everything is hard work, so at least do your homework within the law. IF you really want to stay here, long time ago you could be looking for employers or other ways like check in Canada, but you just jump in the break-law choice that actually just cause more problem for people who are really bona fide marriages.

@cherr1980 I can understand your anger, but try to look through the other pair of glasses. It was your luck that you've found and fell in love with a person who is a citizen of the country you're living in. I've found someone I love and I didin't care what nationallity she is. If she is american, things would be much easier I know, but she is not, and I'm not looking for usa citizenship, but for opportunity to live with one person I love!
I am too angry to all those illegal immigrants and terrorist, because they caused such a strict USA immigration law! olnly 5 or 10 years ago things were so much easier.
I am looking for an sponsor, and fortunatelly I still have enough time, but I just wonder why almost every person iI was talking to about this, immigrant or native american doesn't matter, have told me like "forget it, just find someone to get married to!"

Dear well is not like I am angry angry, I am not after several posts over this forum for months I just drink a cuba libre ;) hehehe, just get on my nerves sometimes  ... I know that is not easy, even the entire immigration process is just painful, but well when I read how is in other countries, man I don't complaint too much, yes could be better, fairness is not a rule here, apparently breaking the law these days have more reward than anything else  , but you know because people steal you are not going to do it, and that is my rule of thumb of ethics and social behavior, I am not saying that you "must" follow it but I do it because I feel good and I was raise to obey the law does not matter the "why" but I really will suggest that do not listen to those people you are talking to.

Check with several employers and remember that there are a lot of fradulent employers  who just want to explode people. As you say you have time, so start now. Check the forums on H visas  .

Just think how you will feel inside your heart while saying "I do" to a person that you even do not know or care about and that even that action can cause you more harm than good in the long run  . Plus remember, you will have to be marry/attach to that person (plus to keep the Juanita story over the Rio Grande :) just kidding) for about 2+years, you and the other girl (which you are in love with). Plus in some States getting divorce is not as easy as you may think.

Lets put it this way. Its your life and you know what exactly you want. You also have a strong WILL to stay with the person you love, so why do you want to restrict yourself to one place and think US is the only place you both can live? Lets turn around the tables here a lil bit. Lets assume that you both were never here in the US and met each other in a different country, ummm... lets say Iraq... and fell in love with each other, so would you still want to settle down in Iraq because you have no life together in Bosnia or Russia? I dont think so. I mean, think of it as an obsession that is driving you to think of no other place besides US.

Im not telling you that it is not possible, there are so many ways for people to live here, but thats not the point. The point is that you want to live with the one you love and you should not let the expiry dates on your visa set the limits to your relationship. Im also not telling you that you cannot live in the US, im only telling you that you are limiting your options and not looking elsewhere. US Immigration is a complicated beast, and if you can read between the lines, there are many ways to maintain a legal status in the US. H1-B is what you should look for, and after you guys get married, you can add your wife as a dependent on H4. This is one way for you to live here for atleast 6 years and have your GC processed meanwhile. You should do your own research and im sure you will come up with a solution to your problem as i see you think you are not getting much help here. Everyone is a well wisher here, its just that often words in mind dont dont come out that well when written down and often get misinterpreted. Take it easy there, its not over till it is really over, you still have time...
