Two Newark INS office Address, which one for FP?

I received FP notice at INS Newark office from my lawyer. In lawyers letter, INS Newark district office address is: 970 Broad St. On INS notice, the address is: 20 Commerce St. I have never been in INS Newark office. Can someone explain ? For someone went there recently, how is the parking situation? I heard Newark parking is expensive and hard to find. Thanks!

I went to commerce street for FP and broad st. for stamping.
Anyway, check with INS/lawyer. Your Fp notice clearly says
where you have to go.
