Two last names on Greencard

Me and my spouse received our greencards recently.

My spouse's full middle name is along with the last name in the greencard.
The I-485 application receipt has the correct name. But I-485 approval notice and greencard has the middlename along with the last name.

For Example if the full name is John Henry Smith
The I-485 receipt notice has the name as Smith,John H.
But Greencard has the name as Henry Smith, John

The passport has the given name as John and Surname as Henry Smith.

Should we file I-90 to correct it or leave it as such because the name exactly matches the one in passport.
I am worried that it may take a long time to get the name corrected.

Any recent filers please advice on how long it takes to get card with corrected name.

-------------------- if you want to get it corrected it will take 3-5 months. you need to file I-90 with LA lockbox with $70 fee if it is USCIS mistake and will get filing reciept in 10-15 days and the NOA to go to ASC for photo,fingerprint then they will send it to service center to order new card.

----------- you are correct. I read in other thread that person filed I-90 in June and Appoinment for ASC to take photograph is September and then time to get Card. at this time nobody is sure how much Time it will take to get new card
Any recent filers please advice on how long it takes to get card with corrected name.

********* I dont think it is problem having the name as written on card as it matches the Passport but I dont know if Airline create problem when you take a flight to US after your trip out side.
