One of my friends has applied for Labor from both California and Chicago ( same employer) and both have ended up in Dallas Backlog Processing Center now. Will it cause any problem. Will DOL ask to withdraw one of them.
They should reject both applications, it is because of "smart" guys like your friend that we are on this big mess!!! Imagine if everybody did the same thing your friend did, how many pending applications clogging the system would we have??? I now the system itself is very, very inefficient but, people like your friend just contributes to make it even worse.

If your friend's company has office in both state, which I assume they do, then they will get 2 letters 1 from each state. Remember, the certification is for that jobs not for Mr. XYZ...... it could be any qualified candidate....
