Two I-94s

My wife had two I-94s (one expired and other not) at the time of her travel outside the US. Her situation is:

1. Entered US on H4 Visa: Sept 2006
2. I-94 valid up to: July 2007
3. Change of status (COS) to F1: April 2007
4. New I-94 on I797 approval notice valid upto: Duration of status
5. Applied for AOS as beneficiary: August 2007
6. Traveled outside US: June 2008
7. Re-entered US on Advanced Parole (AP): July 2008
8. AOS Approved: August 2008

At the time of departure in June 2008 (6), she had two I-94s, one attached to the passport (issued on H4 status) which had already expired in July 2007 and the other issued along with the F1 Approval Notice, (2) and (4). The airlines, however, collected only the one attached to the passport - the expired one (2). Should she send the other I-94 as well (4)? If yes, then is the following address ok?

DHS - CBP
SBU1084
South Laurel Road
London, KY 40744.

Though she re-entered on AP and now has a GC, there was a time between July 2007 and Aug 2007 when her stay in the US was legal just because of the I-94 on the F1 approval notice (4) and she still has this I-94. I guess after that her status can be assumed to be the one of AOS pending (and not F1 anymore) until GC was approved.

We just realized this and though she has a GC now, we want to ensure that there isnt any issue later.

Thanks,
-A

Once a GC is granted, the I-94 issues are dead and done with. Time to enjoy the GC and move on with her life.

Thanks Jackolantern for the response. My only concern is that from July 2007 (when first I94 expired) to Aug 2007 (when I485 was applied) she was legally present due to the second I94 - which was not forfeited at the time of departure. Would that cause any unnecessary questions at the time of citizenship? I assume they'd check arrival-departure records then, isnt it?
