Two I-765 at the same time

I have applied for OPT-based EAD since I will graduate in fall 2005. At the same time since I have won DV2006, I am going to apply for AOS inclusing AOS-based EAD, just in case I couldn't find a job related to my field of study. I know that my AOS application will not be proccesed before Oct. At that time I will have my OPT-based EAD in hand, hopefully.
Is there any problem with having to I-765 filed at the same time, or applying for AOS-based EAD while I have OPT-based EAD.

you cannot apply for AOS until your case number becomes current. It could happen in October of this year, or as late as August of next year, depending on how high your number is. Go on working on your OPT EAD, don't worry about your job being in your field of study. Both of my OPTs weren't coz I couldn't find a job.
