Two H1s Help Please

I am working for company A and then company B applied for my H1 transfer which was approved in June 2002. Can I join company B now. I have all the paystubs, valid H1 etc. of company A. How long is the visa transfer of Company B valid

You can try to get a new stamp using company B approval and then start working for company B - conservative approach

Generally you are required to join the new company within 2-3 months.
