Two H1B's from different companies

Hi friends,

I have a confusion state not sure what to do .....


An employer applied for my H1B in July 2004 & another employer approached me recently & he would like to apply my H1B . What happens if both the employers apply my H1B ..????

there is no problem if that happens, both are independant H1's and you may decide to work for either of the employers, rest is between u and the epmloyers,....contracts etc.
