I am new in this forum and I was wondering whether anyone can help me with my questions.
I work for a university with H1 (no Cap), is it possible to apply for another H1 to work as a part-time in a company (under Cap), i.e. have 2 H1 at the same time. if I want to stop working at one of these jobs later, will that make me out of status? or fulfilling one of them would be enough to keep me in status?
