Hi

I have two H1( new, say compay A and company B) and I have taken visa stamping for Company A. I not have entered US . But now I would like to work for company B, but I dont have visa stamping with company B.

Query: Now want to I join company B and enter US showing Visa(of company A). Is it possible ? or do I need to stamp visa again with company B to work for company B?

Thanks

You could use the existing stamp that you have with Company A, get into US. Once you are in the US, you could work for Company B or for that matter anyone, as long as you have a valid H1 transfer doc, aka i-797. Be doubly sure that company A did not revoke your H1, in which case your initial H1 with them would not be valid anymore.

At POE show your company A visa stamp and company B approval. Make sure you enter using company B's approval so that you get new I-94 based on conmpany B's approval notice.
